My
Lock Does Not Function, Is It Covered?
All LINKMATH Locks provide a “5 Years Mechanical Warranty”
that covers all defects inma-terial and workmanship. This warranty
excludes locks that have been damaged by installa-tion contrary
to our written instructions or modified tarnishing or discoloring
on LINKMATH products. This warranty excludes scratches or abrasions,
misued or abused products or products used in commercial application.
In order to qualify for the lifetime Finish Warranty, purchaser
must have a proof of purchase dated no earlier than 3/1/2003.
To register a wa-rranty claim, just fill out the attached
form and mail it, along with your lock to:

Please note that you will need to include the key or combination
for your lock so our quality department may check for defects.
Locks received without the key or combination will be returned
and no replacement lock will be issued.
Upon receiving your defective lock we will send you a new lock.
No receipt required. LINKMATH LOCK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Generally, you should receive your replacement lock within 3-6
weeks from the time we re-ceive your defective lock.
